Darcy (picture 1, picture 2)
My name is Darcy and I am 16 weeks old. Through no fault of mine I am looking for a loving home where I will be appreciated for the beautiful puppy I am. My Breeder sold me to an unsuitable home when I was only 6 weeks old. I was so unhappy , too young to leave my Mum and my brothers and sisters.
I was not naughty, I did my best to please but they did not want me and it is only because Aunty Tracie (animal carer and dog walker) knew of my plight that I have come into the care of the Rescue Aunties. I am warm and fed here but I need a home. The right home for an Irish Setter - one where they know about us Irish Setters and know that we are SPECIAL as the Rescue Aunties have told me. Please phone Aunty Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail if you have the right loving home for me. I will be your devoted and loving companion if you will only love me and care for me.

Sally (picture 1)
Sally is one of the two sisters we re-homed together recently. They had both come to us from Ireland and are aged about 9.5 years. Sally is spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped. She is an excellent traveller and very very affectionate. She loves to have a run every day and would be great company for a new owner.
Maybe Sally would be better on her own as she needs lots of love and TLC, although an older male companion may be suitable.
Unfortunately in the new home she and her sister were not happy to live together anymore, neither were to blame it's just a sibling thing. The new owners were reluctant to part with either of them as in the short time they had them they loved them very much, but in the best interest of the 'girls' we decided they needed a home each. However both are fine with other dogs they meet at exercise.
If you think that you have the loving home with lots of TLC that Sally needs. Please phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail.
|

Toby (picture 1, picture 2, picture 3)
Toby is 10 months old, he has come to us because of a change of circumstance in his previous home. He is a very nice puppy, is house trained, will walk with a Halti.
Comes back from free exercise (when he thinks he will) is healthy and very friendly. We need a home with someone around for most of he day - Setters need company and hate being left for long hours. A good sized garden, with secure fencing will be needed.
We need a home for Toby with experienced Setter People. If you think that you have that forever home for Toby please phone Maureen or e-mail info@irishsetterrescue.org.uk
|

Max (Larger Setter) (picture 1)
Max will be two in August, an entire and handsome young setter. Max needs lots of space, and some one to one training. We are looking for an experienced Setter owner who has owned young male setters for Max. No young children, no cats or other male dogs.
If you have the space, experience and lost of loving care that Max needs please phone 01787 248143.
|

Ezra (picture 1)
Sally & Ezra are 9 year-old sisters who have come to us to find a loving and safe home. They are both neutered and have lived together all of their lives so must go together.
Their owner, an elderly lady in her eighties, is now unfortunately unable to care for them and they need that forever home in the U.K. As they have been with an elderly person
they are not used to children or cats so a home with someone who is retired, but fit enough to care for these two delightful setters.
They need love, warmth, good food and lots of
TLC as they miss their mum very much. They love people and being the centre of attention. They are vaccinated, up to date and micro chipped and will be bathed and
groomed before going to a new home. If you could give a home to Sally and Ezra please phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail.
|

Fendi (picture 1, picture 2)
Fendi is 4 years old - a neutered bitch who has been cared for and loved. She is coming into our care because of a change in family circumstances. We need a loving home where someone is around for most of the day. A good sized, well fenced garden is necessary. Fendi is well trained and would make a loving companion for the right owner.
If you think Fendi is the setter you have been waiting for please phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail info@irishsetterrescue.org.uk.
|

Ross
Ross is a neutered male who is 2.5 years old. He is a delightful character, loves people and other dogs. We need a home for Ross where he can have free exercise away from livestock. Ross has been bathed and groomed, his vaccinations are up to date and he is micro chipped.
Ross loved company so a home with someone around for most of the day is needed. If you think that your home is that forever home for Ross please phone 01787 248143 or e-mail info@irishsetterrescue.org.uk
|

Ruby (picture 1, picture 2)
Ruby is a beautiful, entire 3 year-old Irish Setter who is looking for that special home. Ruby has been much loved and cared for and now wants
a home where there is someone around for most of the day, where there are no other dogs or cats - Ruby likes to be the only one.
We need an owner
who is experienced in owning Irish Setter bitches, where there are no children under 7 years of age (Ruby is fine with children, it is one of our
Rescue's rules that we do not usually re-home where there are young children, a good sized, well fenced garden is a must and an owner who is fit
and active to give Ruby all the exercise she loves. A country home is preferable. If you have that Special Home we want for our lovely Ruby
Please phone 01787 248143.
|

Max (picture 1, picture 2)
Max is a 3.5 year old male neutered Setter. Max was rescued from Battersea Dogs Home when he was about a year old. The person who gave him a home then is unfortunately now unable to keep Max so he has come into our care. He is a delightful character, full of bounce and energy.
He is very possessive about his food and because of this we think that a home where there are no other dogs or children under teenage would be preferable. Max has had to have his tail amputated because of an infection - this does not worry Max in the slightest and does not detract from his handsome appearance. Max is very lovable and loves his cuddles.
A home with a large well fenced garden is necessary, and someone home for most if not all of the day who has had experience of owning a male setter. If you are interested in giving Max a forever home phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail .
|

Ruby (picture 1, picture 2, picture 3)
Ruby is a 3 year-old entire bitch who is coming into Rescue because of her owners' health. She has been loved and cared for and will need an home where that degree of caring and loving will continue for that rest of her life. Ruby is a very beautiful bitch with a wonderful coat, she will need to be groomed and bathed regularly by a groomer, if the owners are not experienced in trimming a Setter, to keep her looking as beautiful as she does now.
We are not sure whether Ruby would be happy living with another dog, she is an only dog in the home at present. Although Ruby likes children our rules always apply that we do not re-home where there are children under seven years of age or if very young grandchildren visit on a regular basis. A large, well fenced garden is necessary.
Ruby has come from a beautiful area where she was regularly exercised with free running in a safe environment every day. If you have that perfect home for Ruby pleases phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail .
|

Beauty (picture 1, picture 2)
Beauty is an 8 months old bitch. A Beautiful Puppy who has come into our care because of the illness of the owner. We need a home for Beauty with people who have had experience of owning young Irish Setters before.
Beauty will need some training for recall etc. Someone home during the day who has the energy, time and experience to make this lovely little bitch happy and contented. A good sized, well fenced garden is necessary and no children under the age of 7 years. If you are interested in Beauty please phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail .

Mick
2 year old entire setter has been successfully re-homed.
|

Murphy
3 years old entire male has been successfully re-homed
|

Henry (picture 1, picture 2, picture 3)
Henry is 12 months old, he is big, strong and can be naughty.
Henry is very affectionate but demanding and needing to be with someone all the time. We are looking for a home for Henry, with people who have experience of owning young male Irish Setters or large gundogs, who have a large well fenced garden, and are home during the day.
A country home is a must for Henry and he needs to have some training which is sadly lacking. We think that living with a spayed bitch may be a good idea for Henry as this would give the owners a break from his demand for attention.? Henry's vaccinations are up to date, he is micro chipped and will be bathed and trimmed before going to his new home.
If you think that you have the perfect home for Henry please phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail
|

Pete (picture 1, picture 2)
Pete has come to us from Ireland. He is a six months old entire puppy. He is a delightful character, full of fun and energy, he needs training as nobody has done this for him. He lived with his brother but his owners found that the two puppies were just too much. Pete is vaccinated, micro chipped and will be bathed and groomed before going to his new home.
We do not re-home our setters where there are children under seven years old, nor with people who go out all day or most of the day. Pete, because he is a baby needs to be with someone during the day, he needs a safe, good sized garden to play in and walks outside of the home every day. A home with people who have owned Irish Setters previously is a must.
If you think that you have that perfect home for Pete phone Maureen
on 01787 248143 or e-mail.
|

Fizz (picture1), is a spayed bitch, she will be 5 years old in December.
We re-homed Fizz in June 2006 but unfortunately circumstances changed in the home and when nobody was home all day Fizz had to come back into our care.
Fizz is a well behaved, loving dog with no health problems.
We need a home for her with experienced Setter owners, who are home during the day and have the time and facilities to give Fizz that wonderful forever home she so deserves.

Brandy (picture1)(picture2)(picture3)(picture4), We need a very special home for Brandy who, through no fault of her own, was very neglected because her owners were evicted and poor Brandy came to Jenny Penna of the English Setter Rescue through a Rescue in Cornwall.
Brandy is a very good house dog - barking when strangers call and a very vocal, 'talking barking' when excited about going for a walk etc.! I'm not sure about cats as we have none and neither did the previous owner! She comes to call and seems very obedient.
Cornwall branch of the NAWT rang me about 2-3 weeks ago to ask if I would take her. She is the victim of a house eviction.
I, of course, said 'Yes' and went to fetch Brandy. The other dog involved was a Great Dane and he went to GD rescue.
Brandy has been loved but sadly neglected for some time.
She had been spayed and the inevitable happened, she became incontinent. This they had stopped treating when funds became tight! Consequently her coat from tail, down her hind quarters, to back feet and all along her sides was literally beyond matting - it was felted. Luckily in spite of this (and the sores she had underneath) she did not have fly strike. Her ears were equally as bad - felted all over and hanging in dreadlocks but the ears themselves were totally clean - no wax at all. Her nails were badly overgrown - I believe, probably because she was incontinent, she had lived in their large garden so no hard walking. She had dried grass in the mats for us to contend with too! She has a hard lump of skin, hanging on her chest/breast bone, where I should imagine she has banged down onto hard ground for a long time. Their vet, they said, had said that it is better left alone. It is unsightly now that she has no hair but does not bother her - we spent all the first afternoon clipping off mats (like shearing a sheep!) Brandy felt much better afterwards!
For the first week whilst we had Brandy on Incurin for the incontinence (which we were told she had been given) we got nowhere with bedding to wash every morning etc. My vet changed her onto Propalin, three times a day, and it was like a miracle - no more wet beds, no more smelly hind quarters and a happy Brandy! She only wees occasionally now if she is stressed - i.e. doesn't understand what you are asking of her. She sleeps curled up with my 13yr old English in the kitchen and, like all Irish, loves contact with another dog. She is not destructive in any way but can open lever handle doors!
Her coat is growing back, she is no longer bald! She was grossly overweight on arrival and came with a huge bowl (nothing else) large enough for an elephant to eat from - well nearly! She has been on a strict diet and now has a waist so we are getting there!
I am attaching a few pictures of Brandy - some showing the sad little girl she was when she first arrived. She comes from a line that goes 'grey' on the face early tho' she is not as grey as the photos show. My vet gave her an MOT and says she is fine health wise as far as he can tell. If you can give Brandy that loving home she so deserves.

Maisie (picture1)(picture2), I am an 18-month-old little girl. I am (I am told) very beautiful (purple-red almost) and demonstratively affectionate! I am looking for a very special new family because I am a special dog,
In 2005, my Mum Bonnie had me and three other puppies. When I was 10 weeks old I went to live with my first family. I got into lots of mischief! When I was 12 months old I bit through a live power cable and had a big shock, which was immediately followed by a seizure (epileptic fit). After that, I had a few more fits but these are now becoming more infrequent, about one a month.
My new family did not have time to take me out for runs or to play with me. Four weeks ago they gave me back to my real Mum. She has been busy teaching me how to be a good girl and she says I am getting very clever! I dont particularly like being on my own but enjoy the company of my family and other animals! I love going out in the car and my favourite places are the beach and the fields. I have lots of energy and enjoy games and sitting on laps for cuddles (who says I am too big?).
Lastly, I am micro-chipped and vaccinated. Apart from the previous mentioned, I am very fit and healthy.
My new family specification:I would love to have a family who:
Will help me to keep safe Love fun and cuddles Love going out (with me!!) Will have time for me Might or might not have other dogs
Might or might not have older children around
Love from Maisie X

George (picture1, picture2) is coming up 13/14 months, a handsome entire dog with lots to like about him. He is very friendly and needs lots of attention. We need a home for George with a large well fenced garden, somebody home for most of the day to keep him company and take him for long walks. George is a good traveller, likes other dogs but we do not re-home our adult setters with adults of the same sex - a spayed bitch would be O.K. We need a home for George with no children. If you have that forever home for George please do get in touch.
|

Murphy (picture1), is a seven months old entire puppy. he is a most attractive
setter, and a good traveller. Murphy came to us because he was bought at 6 months but proved to be too much for the gentleman as he is a lively, healthy setter. The owner sensibly,in the best interests of Murphy, decided to ask Rescue to find a suitable home for him. If Murphy is that special setter you have been looking for please contact us.
|

Pepe (picture1, picture2) is a red setter x retriever, approx 14mths old. I am sure you will agree that I am a very handsome boy.
I have been neutered and will be vaccinated and micro chipped prior to rehoming. I am a very loving boy who just needs a home where I can be taught some manners and given lots of TLC I am good on the lead and have no objections to going for drives. I would like to point out that as I am a setter I have lots of energy and if I get bored I will try to get up to mischief, nothing major as I am still only a puppy and I am sure if I was shown the rights and wrongs of my doings I would very quickly turn into the boy of your dreams.
Pepe is from Ireland and his owners who had young children, found him too boisterous. We are looking for a home where there are no young children- teenage O.K., a large well fenced garden for Pepe to play in and someone around to train him and take him for lovely long walks. A country home is preferred. Pepe has a very good temperament and will be a delight in the right. home.
|

Dicky (picture1) is 4 months old. I have had to have a very big and successful operation and I was very brave, The vets say that I am fine now and can live a normal life. However I do need careful feeding and lots of TLC- but than all setters have to have lots of TLC that is their right. I am very affectionate and I would love to be someone's special friend. A home without young children is necessary because my diet must be carefully watched and children might give me unsuitable food.. My sire is a working dog, which means that I am probably going to be very clever. Would you like me to come and live with you?
|

Henry (picture1, picture2) is a six months old puppy whose owners were concerned that they could not give him the lifestyle he should have, as they lived in a town environment and had a small garden. Henry is not a happy chap in kennels, although he is well behaved when out of his kennel. He is used to a family home where he got lots of love and attention He is not a good traveller at the moment but he still very young and will probably travel alright when he is older.
We are looking for a home for Henry with people who have had some experience of owning an Irish Setter Puppy, a home in a country area, with a large garden and someone home during the day to look after and train Henry.
|

Miah (picture1, picture2) is a boisterous 14 month old bitch, who is in desperate need of
a loving & caring home, due to family's emigration to Australia. She comes from a home with two young children, who she loves dearly, but can be a bit too overpowering for them. Due to this she has not been allowed the freedom and space around the house that we would have liked. Therefore, house training has taken a little bit longer.
Miah can be left for long periods of time now and again, but not on a regular basis. If bored, she will CHEW!! She is slightly nervous of other dogs, but can be rather playful once she gets used to their presence. Her ability to travel has improved with age, providing she travels on an empty stomach!
"Miah is a lovely dog who will mature quickly once given the fuss, time & attention that she needs. If Rescue can find a home for Miah where she can receive this attention, it will save her the stress and trauma of having to travel to the other of side of the world. It is with great sadness that we have made this decision to leave her behind."
|

Tex (picture1, picture2) is a delightful 6 months old puppy who has come to us from Northern Ireland with his sister Sophie (we already have a home for)Tex is from working stock, which means he will not be so large or so dark as the show type setters. He is sweet natured, needs house and lead training and lots of TLC as he has been with his siblings until this late stage.
Tex needs a home with people who have had an Irish Setter puppy before, No young children (we do not re-home any of our dogs where there are children under seven), someone home during the day to train and keep him company and a nice garden to play in. He would make an ideal companion for a young spayed bitch or he would be happy on his own provided he had human company.
|

Charlie (picture1, picture2) is a 6 months old puppy who has come to us because one of his owners has breathing problems when he is around Charlie. He is a delightful baby and needs to go to experienced Irish Setter owners who know how to care for and train him. We will not re-home Charlie where there are children under teenage nor with elderly people. Charlie needs fit people who will be able to give him all the exercise he will require as he grows older. We do not re-home males where there are other males in the home although a spayed bitch would make an ideal companion for our 'baby' Phone Maureen.
|

Toby (picture1 ) is just 9 years old. We re-homed him about 18 months ago and because he came in with another male setter who was a bit of a bully, we re-homed Toby with a spayed bitch. We have kept a check, even sending someone to visit last year but we were told all was well. We have now heard that he did not settle well and seems unhappy, We are looking for an older person who will give Toby a retirement home with lots of attention and TLC. Don't forget that setters can live to 15 years and over so Toby could be with someone for a few years yet. We think it would not be fair for Toby to have to put up with young children.
|

Millie (picture1, picture2) is two years old, entire, and very very lively. Millie needs a home where there is a large garden because she just loves to race around and enjoy herself. She will need experienced setter owners with plenty of time and energy to take her out on long walks and free exercise which she must have. No children under teenage, no other bitches although a neutered male would be fine. Millie is very affectionate and like all Irish Setters especially the re-homed ones, likes lots of attention. Millie will be groomed, trimmed and bathed before going out to new home, we don't think that she has ever been trimmed, this will be done and she will be vaccinated up-to-date and is micro chipped.
|

Barney (picture1, picture2) is 7 months old, he is neutered and will be vaccinated and micro-chipped before going to a new home Barney is a lively and happy puppy - a delightful character, good traveller, great with other dogs. He has recently been castrated.
We are looking for a home for Barney with experienced Irish Setter owners, who have a good sized, secure garden, and people about during the day to look after him and have fun with him. We do not re-home male setters where another adult male setter lives but a bitch would be a great companion for this little guy.
|

Bailey (picture1, picture2) is a 6 year-old entire male Setter. Unfortunately Bailey's family are no longer able to keep him having had to move to a top flat and although the owners daughter has taken Bailey in he is a bit depressed. There are children in the home and we are wondering whether Bailey would be better where there are no children so that he can get all the attention. Hi is fine with the children and non aggressive but it is the attention that is at stake. We need a home for the handsome Bailey with no children under teenage, someone home for most of the day a good sized and well fenced garden. Bailey needs lots of TLC and attention.
|

My name is Rusty (picture1, picture2) and I have come from Ireland. I am a trained working setter my owner owned two other gundogs as well
I have been a good worker for him BUT now he doesn't want me anymore all because when I should have had my mind on the job when I saw a lovely white woolley sheep just in front of me and chased it. I had a lovely time but my owner now says I am unreliable in the 'field'.
They say I am six years old although because I have had a hard life I may look a bit older. I have lived outside in the yard with the two other dogs we were never free when we were at home but tethered to our kennels by a running line. I have lots of energy, am very friendly and obedient.
Please can I come and live in your house, where I will be warm, have lots of lovely food and be loved and not shouted at. I will learn to be house-trained if you will help me and be patient. Rescue Aunties say that I have had my 'jabs' up to date and have had a kennel cough jab. I will be micro-chipped before coming to your home. I am quite a handsome fellow, with a lovely dark coat and although I am a bit on the lean side (we working dogs always are) I am sure that I will have a bit more weight when I get some good food for my tummy. I am one of the lucky ones so many of us
are not.
|

Benny (picture1, picture2) is a young dog aged between a year and 18 months. He is of working stock, bred in Ireland and was going to be given to the Pound when Bridget in Irelandsaved him.His markings are unusual, although I have seen the white stripe down the nose before but not so wide.We are assured he is pure bred working.
He is vaccinated up to date, Kennel Cough vaccinated and will be micro chipped before going to a new home. Like all the workers he is smaller that a show type one. He is a good traveller, good with other dogs but we do not re-home males with males and as he is entire (not neutered) he would be suitable as an only dog or with a spayed bitch. He is a bit shy and does not like his head being touched - possibly because he has been hit. Knowing Irish Setters it will not be too long before he is lapping up attention and affection. We need a home for Benny where someone is home during the day, active retired people would be fine but remember he is a young dog and you need plenty of energy to keep up with Benny and give him the exercise he needs. A good sized garden with 6ft fencing is a must for most young setter dogs. We do not normally re-home any of our setters where there are children under 7 years and then only if they have had some experience of large bouncy dogs.
|

Fergus (picture1, picture2 ,picture3)is an entire 3.5 year old setter. We re-homed him in December with a newly spayed bitch, this did not work so he has come back to us. Fergus is a gentle, sensitive dog who needs a quiet home with no children or no other dogs. Fergus loves children and other dogs but they stress him out. Jasper used to go to a dog-sitter every day while his first owner was at work and when there the dog sitter decided to "tidy him up" and cut off all his feathering - this will grow again but takes time. Fergus is a handsome setter, is vaccinated up to date and microchipped. He will make a wonderful companion for the right people.
|

Mia (picture1, picture2) will be 2 years old in February 2007. She is an entire, very thin bitch who needs lots of attention and TLC. Mia is very affectionate, loves to be cuddled, likes to sleep on beds and furniture. Mia has been in kennels for just over a week and seems to have put on a little weight in that time. She has come into Rescue because she and her sister were not getting on so we would like her to have a home on her own with no other dogs so that she can all all the attention. Mia is an excellent traveller, she needs people with all during the day, a large well fenced garden where she can play safely and lots of lovely free exercise. She is O.K., with cats and loves to play with other dogs she meets on her travels.
If you think that you have that forever home for Mia please phone Maureen on 01787
248143 or e-mail.
|

Dylan (Pictures to follow) is 6 years old and entire male and most delightful. Dylan's 'mum' is ill and it is because of this that Dylan has come to us. Dylan is used to a loving home where he was loved and cared for by his devoted owners who are broken hearted that they cannot keep him. He is a well behaved and very friendly with everyone, dogs, children in fact everyone. He was a favourite with the local children who will miss his friendly wags as they passed his house on their way to school. Can you give Dylan that extra special and loving home that he is used to? A good sized garden is necessary and plenty of free exercise. Dylan will be vaccinated up-to-date and micro chipped before going to a new home.
If you are interested phone Maureen on 01787 248143 or e-mail.

Misty (picture1, picture2) My name is Misty and I am six months old. I have come to the Rescue Aunties because my previous owner found me just too much for her little girl of 2 years,s but I was only playing honestly! I am very playful . I would like to live with a family who will appreciate my good looks and playful nature. I have been to training classes,
that was great fun but I only do what I want to! I like travelling
in cars
and would like to maybe have a companion. Rescue Anties tell me that I will not go to live with another bitch but maybe someone,
who is an experienced setter owner will want me - a neutered male would be great fun but, he must be young as I would be too playful for an older dog.
Do you like my Pictures? - I am Gorgeous arn't !

OSCAR & ROBBIE.
(picture1, picture2, picture3)
Oscar 6 year-old castrated Irish setter and Robbie 4 year-old castrated Gordon setter dog need a very special new home together. It is because of the death of her husband over a year ago,her need to work full time now that the 'boys' owner has decided she cannot give them the exercise and attention they so richly deserve and are used to. Bravely she has put the interests of her dogs before her own pleasure of owning them. They have been loved and well cared for, both being boosted up-to date and micro chipped.
A bit about them both:-
OSCAR was born 23.8.00. He was from a litter of thirteen! He is lovely natured, loves anyone who shows him attention, never known him to be aggressive with people or other dogs. He is placid, although loves his runs and is very fit and active off the lead. He is happiest lying underneath your feet in the lounge. As he has been castrated his coat looks best when kept short, but we still keep the feathers. He has a lovely honest face and temperament to match. No health issues in past 4 years, he used to strain his ligaments as a mad young dog, so was lame a few times, but has long since become more sensible and we have had no more problems with this. Nothing much else to say about the dear man, except that his younger partner Robbie is the more dominant dog, licks and cleans Oscar and makes sure he is first in any game, so Oscar is a more passive character. Oscar or Robbie have not been used to small children, so I would say that children over 10 year olds would be preferable, they are both used to the family cats and live happily along side them. Oscar was so gentle with a litter of kittens we had here once.
ROBBIE. Gordon Setter, born 1.3.02. Still seems a young dog, bouncy, mouthy, talkative, but also quite sensitive and a bit of a baby. Likes to think he is top dog, but he's all 'mouth and trousers' and responds well to strong commands. Would take a little bit more getting to know, a more complex character. He has a good, lively and friendly temperament, and absolutely loves Oscar and I feel would be totally lost without him. He has been known to take a dislike to certain dogs whilst on a walk, but it is more of a niggle than a fight, and he is very easily put in his place, whereby he rolls over and usually widdles! This behaviour is not that common, and usually he will have a very happy hours free run off the lead each day, meet a number of other dogs and be perfectly well natured. This is a part of his nature that I have never quite understood, I suppose its a Gordon trait. Health wise, he is very fit and healthy, apart from having a grass seed in his tear duct, which required a vets procedure to remove. As you will see Oscar and Robbie are a handsome pair of setters but need to go to a home where they have plenty of well fenced garden, someone home for most if not all of the day and who have experience of owning male setters. A town home would not be right for these boys. They have been used to living indoors as part of the family.
